Full Time Local Sales

Red Lodge Ales Brewing Co. is seeking to fill a full-time sales position for our local routes.

Job description

The job will include introducing and selling new items to accounts, merchandising retail accounts, securing new retail locations, and working with warehouse staff to ensure each retailer gets their order fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion. Sales representative will be responsible for retail accounts across rural Carbon and Stillwater counties and the Cody/Powell area. A successful sales rep will build relationships with existing and new customers, introducing them to new products offered.

The sales rep will occasionally attend Brewfests and plan promotions on nights or weekends. An outgoing personality and love of craft beer and cider are required skills. The successful applicant will be able to lift 50 pounds from the ground and move/manipulate 160-pound kegs. The position requires a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record preferred. Forklift skills are a plus. A successful candidate will be able to work cohesively with a team, and alone.

Compensation and benefits

The job pays a base salary of $50k/year plus sales incentives. The more sales, the higher the pay! Red Lodge Ales offers Health Insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan for full time employees.
