Fermented and sweetened exclusively with the best cider apples. Full of apple aromatics, moderately sweet and very refreshing.

Pearfection

CIDER | CIDER MILL CLASSIC | ABV: 6.7%

Fermented with best cider apples and sweetened with pear juice from Oregon. Moderately sweet with apple and pear notes that finish on a refreshingly crisp note.

Full Montana

Jonathan

SINGLE VARIETY CIDER | CELLAR RESERVE SERIES | ABV: 6.9%

The Jonathan apple makes a brightly acidic cider full of delicate apple aromatics. A challenging apple to process, Jonathan continues in the line-up as a favorite of our cider makers. A minimal Montana beet sugar addition results in a dry cider that highlights the apple.

Fermented with the best cider apples, this cider is moderately sweetened to balance the intense citrus and tropical fruit aromatics derived from our hop addition

CHARDONNAY

BARREL-AGED CIDER | BARREL-AGED SERIES | ABV 6.9%

Fermented with a blend of French and English cider varieties sourced from Oregon.  These apples contain tannins that offer a more wine-like, less fruity cider. Aged in Chardonnay barrels to complement the cider and minimally sweetened to highlight the apple and barrel.

Bourbon

BARREL-AGED CIDER | BARREL-AGED SERIES | ABV 6.9%

Fermented with a blend of French and English cider varieties sourced from Oregon. These apples contain tannins that offer a more wine-like, less fruity cider. Aged in bourbon barrels and complemented with a Vermont Maple Syrup addition.

Newtown Pippin

SINGLE-VARIETY CIDER | CELLAR RESERVE SERIES | ABV 6.9%

The Newtown Pippin is an old apple, grown by founding fathers George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin, for cider making. The apple has a high sugar and acid content and imparts woody and earthy flavors in the finished cider.
